Nature is spiritual for me as a person and as an artist. I have learned so much about myself and the world through my travels. I find that I feel most connected to our Creator when I am in nature and especially when I am painting nature.
One of my favorite parts of my job is letting my creative juices flow and creating art that is meaningful to me. I tend to focus on nature and color and creating work that will bring you joy each time you see it. I want to create art that will hang on your wall and serve a purpose, to brighten your space and your life. The world is hectic enough. We need some joyful art.
I am so excited to share this new collection of paintings with y'all. My heart and my passions are submersed in this work. I have spent the last few months exploring abstract color and nature. I have studied the ideas of biomorphic art and the romantic landscape. Each of these pieces is created with acrylic paint and they range in size. There are several large pieces as well as some cute minis. My goal is to lead the viewer to consider their place in the world, as well as the way color, affects them.
